Okay, so it has already been a week (and a day) since I gave a couple of people the draft of “Winged” and have them beta read and review it. I have also given them a list of questions that they’re supposed to answer to help make the story better (check previous posts: Reviewing the First Book of Winged and A Broader and Comprehensive List of Questions For Reviewers). I would have loved to extend the deadline for the submission of reviews, unfortunately, I can’t do that. I am following a strict schedule (sort of).
So far, I have only received two out of the five reviews from beta readers and I am going to wait until 11:59pm (yes, folks, one minute before midnight) for the remaining three. If by then I haven’t received the review on my email (kuchiki(dot)sakura(at)gmail(dot)com and/or sakuramartinez(at)vis-ph(dot)com) then I would like to request the other people who have a copy of the draft to please delete the draft and I would then move on to editing the story base on the reviews that I have received.
Also, the spots for those who are unable to review will be open for others to take their place. However, I am not going to give those spots to just about anyone (if you’re interested contact me). This means that those beta readers who weren’t able to submit a review won’t be getting the early copy of Winged, Book 1: The Awakening (which was promised. Again, read Reviewing the First Book of Winged). Sorry, but that’s just how it goes.
