I am so dang sleepy right now, even though I managed to sleep quite early last night.  I’ve been working hard on editing and adding some effects for the film we will be presenting on our Christmas Party tomorrow so…yeah…it’s a tough job. Day seven of the My Little Devotional Book and it’s five days before Christmas and eleven before my birthday!  Yey! Anyways, that’s beside the point.  The point is, this chapter is a pretty good one.  And, like always, I intend to share it with you all: In both autumn and spring, geese can often be seen migrating, flying in a beautiful V-shaped formation.  Such a pattern may appear to us to be a thing of beauty.  In fact, it is aerodynamically brilliant. So, I was supposed to have already posted about our day in Enchanted Kingdom, however, thanks to Youtube being an ass and not cooperating with the videos I’m trying to upload (and, let me tell you, there are a lot of them!), that post would have to wait a little while longer.  For now, let me share with you another chapter from the Little Devotional Book. ‘Richard Cory’, perhaps Edwin Arlington Robinson’s most famous poem, is a good reminder never to judge the state of a man’s heart by the size of his wallet or the grandeur of his possessions: (read more…)

Day 5 already, people.  I’m still feeling under the weather.  I had a quick bout with the flu last night and my head is still throbbing that I was actually asked to get some bed rest but I refused.  I can’t get sick, especially since we are heading to Manila tomorrow to celebrate my sister’s birthday (although, her birthday is not until the 19th of the month).
