Despite feeling extremely under the weather for the past week (and still counting), we still managed to deliver the first book in the Winged Saga to a couple of bookstores here in the Philippines.
It’s been such a crazy week. Not only was I ill (and still am, actually), it was also Sakura no Kokoro’s (this blog here) fifth anniversary as well as the release week of my first book WINGED: THE AWAKENING here in the Philippines. We almost didn’t make it in time for the release because I was sick but, of course, I pushed through regardless and now the book is available at a number of PowerBooks and National Bookstore branches.
If you guys haven’t been checking in on our Official Winged: The Awakening Global Fanpage (that’s really a mouthful to say, huh?), then you might not have been informed about the various branches where you can now get a copy of the book. I also tweeted these locations for the sake of those who are following me and those who happen to come across the “Winged” hashtag (#Winged or #WingedTheAwakening). But, if you are neither a fan of the page or a follower of mine on Twitter, then you might be wondering where those locations are, hence, this post.
As of this posting (December 2, 2012), the following bookstores are selling copies of my book, “Winged: The Awakening“:
National Bookstore Branches:
- SM City Lucena
- Festival Mall
- SM City San Pablo
- Festival Mall
This is just the beginning. If you don’t see a branch near you listed above, not to worry, we’ll try to cover as much of the Philippines as we can one branch at a time.
The book is also going to be available in branches in Mall of Asia, Trinoma, National Bookstore Superstore, just to name a few (but in a much later date). You can also start ordering it on National Bookstore and Powerbooks branches and in their online stores if you’re not to keen with waiting.
So, there you have it–a Winged: The Awakening update. I’ll try to give you guys more info as they come but, for now, that will do. To all those who had bought their copies: Thank you very much! To those who have yet to own one: grab your copies now!
Until the next post, dream on; fly on!
